Prices & Availability

Prices for the villa and include fast broadband internet access provided you bring your own computer, local phone charges, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels.

Discount

There is a 5% discount on parties of 1-2 people.
Lengthy stays: a 15% discount on every 3rd week of the month.

There is a day for change over which is Saturday - mid-week bookings are available but only on request.

Cleaning services are on hand for long stays, towels and bed sheets are changed, otherwise the villa is cleaned during change over.

Welcome guides are on hand to help you settle in to the villa and find your way around the local area, food areas and shopping malls.

Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the villa rental is required.

Additional refundable security/damage deposit of £170 on paying the rest to cover breakage and damage or loss of keys
